You are recommended to attend the auction and bid personally, but if you are unable to do so, it might be possible for you to authorise the Auctioneers to bid on your behalf up to your previously specified limit. To do this a Telephone/Proxy Bidding Form must be completed in full and returned by post to the Auctioneers' offices to arrive before noon on FRIDAY 24TH FEBRUARY, together with a Banker's Draft representing the deposit appropriate to the maximum bid price, subject to a minimum of £4,000. In addition, the Buyer's Administration Fee of £250 (£150 for Ground Rents) must be added to the Banker's Draft: a separate VAT receipt will be posted to the buyer upon request.
